under the direction of Michelin starred chef, Henry Vigar, our aim is to create great tasting, high quality pizza with a difference. all our dough is handmade with fine grain Italian flour and virgin olive oil. we then add our homemade tomato, garlic and herb sauce, the best and freshest toppings and finally... we stone bake them to perfection in our ovens.
